Asked a question about a voluntary action notice, was told couldnt answer and had to book in for diagnostic first (hybrid battery module failed). Day 1 - not done. Day 2 - only basic scan done and i already had that info. No charge but no car 2 days

You need to stop MOTing the car when there is clearly an issue. A car with an airbag light that came on that on morning doesn't need a test to know it will fail. That should be investigated first and agree next steps before punting through the test

I was booked in for an 8:30 AM appointment and dropped the car off at 8:15 AM to check the battery health. The car wasn't looked at until after lunch, and I didn't leave the dealership until after 4:30.

I dropped the car off shortly before the appointment time of 8.45 am. I was told the car would be ready before 5pm, a very open window, but not a big problem as I work locally. However, I arrived at 4.25pm and the car was not ready for almost 1 hrs.

Good at first confirming a time between 9-10am. They promised a bmw technician due to the fault but first booked a pick up firm, then changed this to a bmw technician for a much later time. Due to drive to france later today so all very stressful.
